There is no hot air the a/c compressor is on all the time?

This normally means the pressure is low and the compressor is trying to build the pressure.

This means we need to start with checking the pressure in the system.

Once we know what the pressures are, we will have a better idea what to do but we may need to just fill the system.

Let's start with the pressures and go from there. I am attaching a chart below that will show what they should be and help with issues depending on what they are.
