Heater Valve Solenoid 97 E420 MB, mechanic tested said stuck in place. no heat. can i fix by un sticking stuck in place plastic valves? its not the voltage everything has been tested all the way up to the valves which im told are stuck in place. can i remove myself..carefully! and un stick those valves and re seat back in.
