Hello, I have a mercedes benz e class E280 model 1997, I am facing a problem with the temprature sign, it keeps getting up and down suddenly so I can see this action clearly, but the car is not overheated and there is no loose of water in the radiator

If the temp gauge is going up and down and the engine is not overheating, start by checking the temp sensor on the engine. Make sure the wiring is good, there is no corrosion on the connections, and there is a tight fit where the wiring connects. If all looks good, the first thing I would try would be a new sensor.
