The glove box finally came out ( your way ) and I replaced the filters. It is a huge difference indeed with brand new cabin filters. I'm thinking to replace the charcoal filters as well.

In my entire life I didn't get a worse insult than yesterday when my wife recommended me to buy Hyundai. I'll live with it.

Mercedes is still excellent on mechanical - materials, design&fabrication. Engine, transmission, power train, suspension, body. However, when it comes to service only the best mechanics can handle the job. Without scanners to troubleshot the electrical, electronics and software forget it. A simple job like I just did turned around to be a pain in the neck. Plastic stuff.
Therefore the best mechanics are overworked and underpaid and they'll quit sooner or later. I do maintenance on my car because I realized that up to some extent I could do better job than the dealer. My first Mercedes was a 1978 E300 Diesel 5 cyl.

I decided to buy a scanner for Mercedes only. I need your opinion before wasting money on trash. I saw online C3 and C4 with Das&Wis.
Which one would you recommend?

Hi Doc

My AC is gone. When I fill up with freon is building up pressure like crazy. I discharged the system and tried again. Same high pressure on the gauge( over 100psi). I suspect the compressor is damaged. No leak tho.

I gave you the webside for MB Scanner.

I don't know where is the high side port.
