Mazda 626 Exhaust Problem

When driver my car i discover that my car is bringing out blue smoke, then i parked the car and opened the hood, only to find out that one of the exhaust manifold is soaked with oil, then I loosed that particular spark plug and noticed that it is soaked also, and when I look through the plug position i saw oil in the cylinder. What might be the fault and solution? Is there clearance at the rings?

It could just be the valve cover gasket and when you removed spark plugs oil got into the cylinder. However I am giving you a walk through diagnostic on the subject to cover other possiblities and explain them. Just use the link below to get to it;
