Having alternator problem after changing the alternator, the car starts, but trying to remove one terminal of the battery it now resulted to a high voltage leading to the wiper to deflect with a high speed and damaged the indoor bulb. never, never take a battery cable off while running. computers hate voltage spikes which may have happened in your case. start with checking all the fuses, including the mains.
if all is well, you will need an electrical shop to help track down the issue.
did you charge the battery??

Keep your fingers crossed that the PCM has not been fried.
