1997 Lincoln Continental Repair Question

Where is the voltage regulator
Ive replaced the altanator 4 time bought a brand new battery and cable ends and a brand new starter but the altanator isnt putting out a charge

The regulator is part of the alt. It sounds like you have a burnt fuseable link between the alt and battery. If it is bad, the alt can't charge the battery.
