1997 Land Rover Discovery Repair Question

Car wont start

I have a landrover discovery 97, that wont startit has a new fuel pump and there is spark coming from the coil. any ideas?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and if the injectors are pulsing if both okay -check valve and ignition timing-
