I do not know your rig very well, Imma CJ guy

The only thing I might add to this link is, On your Solenoid, are you getting 12 VOLTS to "S" from your Ignition Switch (key turned to "start")?

Is the Solenoid Wired Correctly?

I hope my link helps.......Its really constructed to help a CJ or Ford vehicle with the Older Solenoid.

Sounds like you have a bad wire running from the soleniod to the starter. While someone is turning the ign. key, try shaking that wire to see if it starts. Also CLEAN all connections at the started as they get very dirty & will cause a power loss. I know this will sound stupid, but.....recheck your wiring as it seems you replaced a lot of stuff & might have rehooked something wrong.
