Transmission or something else?

Vehicle will not move when in gear. If I rev the rpms up enough (about 300) I can feel the vehicle trying to move. Is this the transmission or something else. Im not sure if there is a clutch or the gears slipping or if its a silenoid. Any info would be helpful so I know who to take it to. Thanks.

Have it checked out seems to me the tranny is slipping badly-Have it pressure tested to find out more-
