1997 Isuzu Elf Repair Question

Is there anything that runs off 12v in a 97 isuzu elf truck everything sems to run off24v and i want to install a 12v cd player in truck
Have 12v cd player and cant find a 12v feed everything seems to be 24v

Get the 12 V from the battery. Use the terminal for connecting the 2 batteries, that means you are only using one battery.
