My '97 Infinity Q45t front speakers went out. My husband & father in law took the front deck out & realized somehow it can't be fixed. I'm not exactly sure what the problem could be. Im not sure if its the wire or what. I don't know. But I would like some help on getting my speakers started up & going again. Would any of you know what the problem could be & how it could be fixed and everything? Please get back to me asap on this. It would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time & look forward to hearing from you.

It's usually not a simple wire problem when two speakers quit. If they both quit at exactly the same time it is likely a problem in the radio. If it's an original radio you'll have to send it in through the dealer. The manufacturers have stopped allowing us to buy radio service manuals so you're stuck with the dealer and their radio service centers. If it's an aftermarket radio you can try taking it to a local tv repair shop or you'll have to send it back to the manufacturer of the radio.

If the two speakers quit at different times they may be defective. Remove one of them and plug in a different speaker to see if that works. If it does, replace the speakers.
