Infiniti I30 Heater Problem
Why does the air/heater vent spray little white specks like snow all over the dash & rest of car?

Looks like aluminium oxide is being blown out of the vents. The aluminium casing of the heater core and evaporator is producing this oxide due to chemical reactions and maybe underuse and to rectify the problem, you might need to have the components cleaned/replaced.
