Does this only happen when you apply the brakes? Have you checked all steering components?

Check all steering components and make sure there isn't a stuck brake caliper.

Ok I will check that how would I know if the caliper is stuck?
Also could it have something to do with the steering box or a bent control arm?

It could deal with both of them. As far as the brakes, safely lift and support the front of the vehicle. See if both wheels turn without a heavy drag.
