1997 Hyundai Excel Sprint only running on 2 cylinders?

The two middle cylinders seem to have no power at all, while the two outer cylinders work normally.
Changed the spark plugs, coil pack, leads and the coil plug and it seemed to run fine for about 5 minutes and then the problem returned.
Tested the wires on the coil plug with a test light and all 3 wires have power, including the earth wire.
From what I've learned, there should be power on one, pulsating power on the second, and then the third should be earth/ground.
Why is this happening?

Did you ttest the wires with coil plugged in or disconnected?

Have you tsted the engine compression?
