Car wants wants to stall.
Just changed the timing and balance belts and water pump. Car runs great, but when at a stop light, car wants to stall. RPM around 800

Sounds like the Idle Air control Valve, IACV, needs to be replaced. You will need to clean the ports that it feeds on the intake manifold when you replace it. Clean from the outside in so you don't push deposits into the port deeper.
The IACV is located on the intake manifold near the throttle body.
