Heater blower motor will not turn on

Ok my jimmy had a bad blower motor so I replaced it with a new one and now it still wont work if you turn the high and low switch you can hear a clickin noise but blower motor will not turn on?

Have checked blower resistor and blower relay?

Im not sure how to get the blower relay out to look at it and the resistor if im right are on the passanger side under the hood on the firewall.

Theyre are 3 on the firewall and one closer to the blower motor that is attached to the black plastic housing?

Have no inmfo on which one one is starter, another AC comp and then blower process of elimination
