97 GMC Jimmy running very rough

My truck has been running rough for a while now and over the past month or so, and after doing some research, I have changed all the vacuum hoses, plugs etc, it has a brand new fuel pump and fuel spider, I have cleaned the EGR valve and nothing seems to solve the problem. Does anyone have any ideas? It starts but backfires constantly and the power level is very low.

Would appreciate the help! Thank you

Clean out the idle air control valve and throttle plate-test the TPS closed and wide open throttle voltages, also test the MAP sensor-check exhaust system for restriction and if all okay -recheck the spider for leakage
