1997 Geo Metro engine turning / no start

The plugs are good andthe wires have good cap and rotor are goodand it's getting sufficient fuel to the carburetor everything is firing but it still will not start

Do a compression test. If all the cylinders are low, suspect the timing belt. This is an interference engine so if the belt jumped enough teeth, the valves will be bent too.
