What need to be replaced is catalytic converter problems
I'm getting codes po1537,po1538, po302,po743,po171,po715. I'm getting loud exhaust noises from catalytic converter and flex pipe,also transmission will not shift into drive gears drives in 1st and 2nd gear,speedometer won't go pass 40 mph.

It sounds like you need to replace the catalytic converter. Then have the computer reset and rescanned for codes.
