Coolant leakage

On my ford windstar '97, the part of the motor that the waterpump mounts to is leaking, is there a seal there or is the block cracked?

it is called the timing cover. it has a gasket and is bolted to the block. it can be replaced but requires a puller for the harmonic balancer. it is labor intensive. maybe a bid from a shop would be in order.
