Symptomes: -Won't start -All you hear is a click (comming from the solenoid) -lights,radio, whipers evrything is working

I tested the batteri and the alternator with a multimeter and they both seemed find, I manage to make it jump start once after slightly hitting the starter, but the next day it stop starting again.
So i though it was the starter, i bought a new one and installed it. It didn't fix the probleme, and it even brought another one. Now the car won't start and there's no power. Even if i try to plug in the boosting cable, the lights won't even open again. I checked all the wires on the solenoid that i had to touch for the installation and they all seem to be fine.
Is the two probleme related? How can I find the source of the problem and fix it?

P.s: I plugged the encoder and it didn't scan anything, the check engine light is not on.
Thanx for any help
