have a 1997 ford taurus, radio and clock dont work.... checked the fuses and replaced the radio and still have the same problem... help please

There's two fuses. Some models don't work when the memory circuit fuse is blown. Others work but the radio presets and clock reset each time you turn on the ignition switch. The memory fuse is actually some other circuit that is always on. Typically it will be the dome lights or cigarette lighter.
