Starting issue

My Ford will not start first time. The accelerator must be pumped once, crank,it will try to start. Pump, crank, try to start. After 6 or 7 times, it will start, but be VERY rough. Then after 15 seconds or so, it will smooth out. Has the 3.0 4X2.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs, also clean the idle air control valve and mass airflow sensor and see what happens
