Where also check for Oil leaks?

Hi every expert!

On my ford probe 16v 1997 after every run and parking a few hours I find a spot of oil (about 10cm of diameter spot on none absorbant ground) checked :

Oil Pan - OK
The upper part attached to the oil pan - OK
The head cover - OK
Oil Filter - OK

Where to check? What are all possible parts to check I missed?
Appreciate your help!

You just inspect it from below and look for the highest point that has fresh oil. Oil leaks can be hard sometimes because the oil can travel so much from the original point of the leak.
