1997 Ford Falcon ????????? Ummmmmmm....Ford stopped making Falcons in 1967...... ! If you have almost 300-thou on a 250 cubic inch, 6 banger.....i'd be willing to guess that the motor is worn out ! Start with a compression test to see if the motor needs a complete rebuild.
