97 F250 super duty 4x4 5.8L 351 windsor. When the truck is cold, it cranks for about 6 seconds before it will turn over. and when it does finally turn over, it turns over rough and acts like it doesnt want to. once the truck starts, its fine though. and it starts right up when the engine is warm. any ideas? just put on plugs, wires, and distributor cap and new battery terminals.
