I have a 1997 Ford Explorer. It is a V6 4.0. The heat is cold. What else can I try?

I RECKON YOU MEAN, YOU GET COLD AIR WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSEDLY DIALED INTO HEAT MODE

IMMA GONNA HIT YOU WITH A FEW THINGS TO LOOK AT

1ST---DO THE HEATER HOSES GET HOT AT THE FIREWALL BEFORE THE GO INTO THE HEATER CORE, WHEN THE TRUCK IS AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE?

IT COULD BE THAT A DOOR IS NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY--STUCK/ A FUSE/ BAD MOTOR/ BAD SWITCH/ ETC. THAT MAY BE CAUSING IT.

JUST TO KEEP YOU GOING FOR A WHILE, CHANGING MY SEARCH WORDS MAY GET YOU MORE AND BETTER HITS. TRY SOME OF THESE. EXPLORER. HVAC. BLEND DOORS. HEATER. ACTUATOR. AIR CONDITIONER. ETC

LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE COMING ALONG
