my car is a manual and when i try to start it the vehicle will not kick over but tried and it makes like a hissing sound my coolant resiouvor is full so not sure what is causing the noise, i believe it is the timing belt but would like your input thank you so much for your time. god bless

Remove your oil cap , have someone try to start the vehicle while you look inside the oil filler hole see if the cams are spinning if they are not it is possible you timing belt is broken.
