Ran code came up misfire on #7 where should I look frist this is a 5.4 330hp auto trans

Hello,

Ok, first thing I would do is swap the Coil from the #7 Cylinder with another Coil and see if the Miss moves to that cylinder if so replace coil. After removing Coil from the #7 cylinder check the Boot making sure it is in good condition.

If not then check plug. When was last tune up?
