1997 Ford Aerostar Ball Joints

Can just the ball joints be replaced or does the control arm need to also be replaced? I have had three estimates which are all different?

You have t o replace control arm unless someone like moog makes ball joints for it. The difference in price can be for struts replacement as well and alignment so check that. Prices do vary all over.
