I have a 1997 dodge neon that is leaking oil into the water, would it be a cracked engine block or cyl. head ? the engine oil looks normal, dark brown, not a light brown creme color like some people are saying.
The radiator coolant gets really oily even after its been fluched and new coolant added. please advise.
