Timing marks for 1997 dodge neon with 2.0 doc

Where do you line up timing marks? I already changed waterpump and now im having trouble with timing marks. Need help please.

see diagrams mechanical and hydraulic tensioner. engine INTERFERENCE so DO NOT move cam or crank gears more than a few degrees. Hope you set at TDC before belt removal. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
