How can I stop the van from bottoming out when going over a dip in road?
It feels and sounds like the shocks are not working. The van goes down with a thud. Just had the shocks replaced on back and struts on front. It didn't help.

The only thing I can suggest is to check the coil springs and if they are good, you need to get helper springs which come with the shock itself.
