Why won't my Chrystler Sebring jxi start?

I have fuel pressure. I disconnected fuel line and fuel flows up to the injectors. I have spark. I have injector pulse. Car turns over fine, just won't fire. All fuses under the hood are fine. Amp fuse inside the car is blown due to water collecting in the car and blowing amp.
