1997 Chrysler Neon Repair Question

The engine cuts out whilst driving or iddeling
Just replaced the fuel pump and fuel presure regulater. Now the car cuts out for a second then goes good again, but if there is less then a quater of a tank of fuel there is no problam. Do u have any idea what could be causing this.

check the wiring harness at the cam sensor and crank sensor. these areas are common for shorting out causing all kinds of cutting out and no starts.
