I replaced the entire fuel tank, pump, sender about 5-6 months ago.

Fast forward to 4-6 weeks ago when the truck started having issues starting. It would crank fine but had problems starting. This got progressively worse (like the fuel pump going bad). At first it only happened after the truck at sat for a day or two without being started. Then it was doing it every time I started it. On a Thursday I made an appointment at a dealership to have it checked the following Monday. Friday afternoon it stopped having the problem. I still took the truck in on Mon and they tested the fuel pressure and said it was holding at 62psi and couldn't find anything wrong. So, I took it home. The next day I didn't start the truck. The Wednesday morning it would not start. The next Mon I called a highly recommended local shop, he said he could get to it Fri. I had the truck towed to him on Tue morning as I still couldn't get it started. Thursday afternoon he went to check it out and it started without any problems. He said he pulled it into his shop that evening and put a pressure gauge on it to test it over night. He said it was fine Fri morning and started fine. I picked it up that afternoon and he said to run some Tecron in the gas and to change gas stations. I had no problems with it on several trips that day. Sat morning on my way to work it started fine but I noticed it was "stumbling" on slow accelerations. Sat coming home from work had the same thing easy start but stumbling again. Truck sat from Sat 7pm till Sun 1pm at that time I went to go somewhere and had another hard start and stumbling.

I've put a bottle of Tecron in the tank and I cleaned the Throttle Body and new fuel filter. (Sat evening)

What is going on? Both places tell me the fuel pressure is holding as it should and the truck has no OBD codes.

When the new pump and tank were installed was there also about a foot long harness replaced? There was a problem with those and they changed connector and harness as they would do exactly what yours is doing. One minute fine next minute no fuel. Check that as the newer pumps have a different connector as well as the harness.

This is what was installed -- http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1311212&cc=1031555&jnid=509&jpid=1 -- Along with a new fuel filter.

Would you know the part number of the harness you refer to?

No because they come with the fuel pump it may not be your year as I forget but if it quits and you have no fuel pressure then I'd have to believe that is it or your injectors under the manifold or the fuel pressure regulator.
