1997 Chevrolet Silverado Cylce Key Multiple Times Cold Out Get Started Once Will

i have to cylce my key multiple times when cold out to get started once it is started it will start fine rest of the day. i have replaced plugs wires cap rotor disribitor oil pressure senser. i am thinking about changing the fuel pump and the map senser and also fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter but dont want to change parts that are not bad i played the guessing game too long and its getting expensive so i need some help
