Chevrolet S-10 Noise Problem
Fan blower does not come on but makes a high pitch sound. It will come on ever so often and sounds fine. Do I need to replace the motor or relay?

The noise you are hearing sounds like the bearing in the blower motor. The relay wouldn't make noise.
