Should there be play in the rear wheels?
Hi. Should there be play in the rear wheels of my 1997 Monte Carlo? The lug nuts are tight but I can shake the wheel on either side in and out enough to be quite obvious. This is on the ground not jacked up. Thanks, Mark (gpopm@hotmail.com)

no, not on the ground. jack it up and re check. it sounds like you need a hub bearing
