That's a insufficient flow code so the egr isn't working its stuck closed or the egr port is clogged.When you push the egr pintle down does it go down smoothly? Or is it hard to push then suddenly pops loose and free?Also remove the egr valve and start the engine for a few seconds the engine should race and you should hear a loud exhaust leak?
