I own a 97 cavalier. While driving one day it randomly shut off, no lights came on nor did i hear any noises. I have replaced the computer, spark plugs, fuel filter, oil pressure sensor, and the fuel regulator (?). The car will start to turn over but will not start, there is now a hum. Fairly sure it is getting fuel.
