Ive been getting bad gas mileage but i think its my gas gauge. how can i tell if my gas gauge is not working right
When i was on highway my check gauges light came on

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up?? If you can't recall get one and see what happens-Bad mileage could be anything from a slipping tranny, tire/wheel alignment/suspension etc-defective fuel gauge w/n cause bad mileage-your problem is coming from somewhere else-problem could be your fuel sending unit in the fuel tank
