Air conditioner clutch disengages when fan turned on. Clutch engages when fan is turned off. Fan quit blowing from dash and blows only at floor and at a lower speed even though it starts at a high speed. Worked fine one minute, then did this. Any suggestions on how to repair or what caused it?
