97 Astro van computer reset

I have a 97 astro van and I put approximatley
150 highway miles and 50 city miles and it still
has not reset.I replaced the EGR valve put new
plugs and new fuel filter. The check engine light is not comming on but it does not idle very well
it hesitates on acceleration then seems to run fine. Iwould appreciate any advice you could give me. Thank You

The throttle position sensor might need relearning -to do this you have you need a Tech1 scantool

When I try to connect to scan codes it keeps copming up with cant connect with vech---ille can any one help pleASE
