What does 60 degrees mean on diagram 97C03702 on page 12 under timing belt serpentine drive belt timing chain diagram marks?

Not certain what reference material(manual) you are referencing, and in what context is the 60 degrees mentioned. Are you replacing the timing belt as maintenance, or did it fail and the engine loose time? There is special tools required to adjust/replace the timing belt, and the engine is critical to proper setup. If it has lost time, you can almost guarantee further damage(i.E. Bent valves), as this is an interference engine.
