1997 Buick Riviera Repair Question

Buick Riviera Radiator Problem
I am attempting to replace my Radiator, however I am having a problem getting the black plastic part off. I have tried to screw it off, pull it off, and pry it off, and it will not budge. It seems like the only thing preventing me from lifting the radiator out.

Is it the part the fans are mounted in?

THIS IS LIKE THE "TRIM"?
DOES IT HAVE PLASTIC INSERTS WITH PHILLIPS SCREW SLOTS IN 'EM?

Thanks for the help but, I wasn't being observant enough. I found the bolts that were holding it in. I got the new radiator in now. Lets hope I didn't damage anything messing with that line though.
