1997 Buick Regal Check engine light flashing

It started all of a sudden the check engine light would flash and car run rough Untill I let off the gas for a minute. Now it usaly only happens when I let the car idle to warm up but then if I get in and start to go 99% of the time if starts running fine. Auto scanner said bad o2 senser, misfire cylinder 6 and I think low voltage coming from egr cylonoid.

No, it didn't say bad 0/2 sensor. The codes do not state parts are bad. They merely describe a situation that the computer has observed and the tech needs to determine the cause. You have an obvious misfire problem that needs to be diagnosed to find the cause and repair that first.
