When I turn off my car and open the door, a dinging sounds and does not stop until the door is closed again. The brake lights and fog lights stay on for a really long time also.

I thought maybe the fuse needed replacing because when it was removed the dinging stopped but only until I got the new fuse in. Its still a problem and I dont even know where to start with figuring out how to fix it.
