1997 Buick Lesabre Repair Question

Buick Lesabre Dealer Problem
When replacing the thermostat I accidently broke these rubber connecters. I am not sure what these tubes are or where to buy new connectors. I have posted pictures of the parts I toar and the tubes themselves. Can you help? Thanks

vacuum tees. that is a special one, you need to go to the dealer for the part, not expensive but only available there.
